At present we work with 30 different molds. Each can be used alone or in combination with others to add to the beauty and uniqueness of your home.Our precast plaster moldings can be used in new construction, as well as retrofitted into existing homes, on plaster, drywall or painted surfaces. They are for indoor use only and are paintable just as plaster or drywall.
Of course we still offer our traditional line of "Run in Place" plaster cornice and circle rings. Our circle rings, made in place for ceiling applications, can be made to any size and used individually, with multiple rings for larger ceilings or around any of our precast medallions.
We will work with the homeowner, builder, architect or designer to help in the custom design of your home. We welcome you to visit our Penn Hills showroom, to see our full line of precast plaster molding; traditional "run in place" cornice and circle rings and our custom design plaster work.
Precast Cornice: Currently we have over 11 different cornices available. Each can be used alone or in combination with others to add to the uqniqeness and beauty of your home. Some cornice can be coordinated with medallions.
Precast Medallions: There are over 8 different style medallions available. From soft and sutle plains to large and dramatic, there are medallions to suit every décor. Medallions can also be combined with run in place circle rings to give your room a completely custom look.
Paneling and decorative pieces: Paneling can be used in many ways, whether you want to outline a ceiling, picture frame a niche, or simply accent a wall. Customers can choose the design and decorative corners. We also offer many decorative pieces than can be used in various ways, such as around doors, fireplaces, or as shelves. We welcome working with interior decorators, architects or the creative homeowner.Please feel free to contact our office.
Run In Place Cove and Ceiling Rings: Run In Place Moulds are made directly on the owner’s wall; the men use tools that have been a custom design in the Merola Family for 4 generations. They can also be used in combination with our precast mold for a custom look.
Venetian Plaster: Venetian Plaster can be added to any home new or existing. There are many color choices available to the owner, and Venetian plaster is also essentially maintenance free. From a whole room to an accent wall Venetian plaster can add old world beauty to your home.
